Cars Land In Median On I-95 Tying Up Traffic For Miles

A bad crash on Interstate 95 had traffic crawling for miles in Prince William County Tuesday afternoon, Feb. 20.

The crash happened near Lyman Park at mile marker 148.4. As of 1:15 p.m., traffic was getting by in the shoulder.
